The 16 GB/2 GB Moto G4 Plus model will cost about $200 (13,499 INR) while the 32 GB/3 GB G4 Plus variant will cost about $225 (14,999 INR) in India and 249$ in the United States. Moto G4 Play
Moto G-Play is now available to buy in India and the United States. The phone is currently available to buy on Amazon only and priced at INR8999 in India and $99 in the United States.
It is an economical version of Moto G 4th Gen series. It has a 5inches 720p 1280×720 294ppi pixel display. Under the hood, it has a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset with 2 GB of LPDDR3 Ram and Adreno 306 GPU. It will also feature well known Motorola’s water repellent nano-coating. Moto G Play also supports 4G LTE and VoLTE, which means that you can use Reliance Jio 4G and all US carriers in it.
On the camera department, it has got a 8 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture lens. System side, it has got Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box with Motorola’s traditional stock Android UI experience. The phone will also get the Android Nougat update. The Battery is the most promising thing in Moto G Play, It has a 2800 mAh Li-Pol battery which promises to keep the phone all day long.

9 May 2016: Another leak hints that one of the Moto G 4th Gen phones may feature Snapdragon 617 chipset. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 617 is an Octa-Core chipset designed for low battery power smartphones. The chipset has 8x Cortex A53 cores, Cortex A53 is a CPU architecture designed to lower the power usage of CPU.

Update 04-05-2016: Moto (4th gen) may come with quick battery charging feature, new teaser hints. Motorola’s fifth poster tweet, which comes with the caption — “Siddharth’s charging his phone while his love waits for him at the table. No more #missing on battery. Coming soon!”
Suggests that the upcoming phone will use Qualcomm’s Quick Charge technology. However, the version of Quick Charge technology is still unknown, but some sources are suggesting that Moto G4 Plus may use Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
Update 03-05-2016: – Motorola has shared some specs and teasers on their Moto India twitter account for the upcoming phone. The company promised earlier that it will be releasing Moto X 2016 (Moto X3), Moto G 2016 (Moto G4) and Moto E 2016 (Moto E3) sometime this year. The teasers suggest that the next Moto G would feature a better SOC (CPU and GPU), a better camera, a better battery, and enhanced security. The event date is still not so near, So maybe we will be able to hear more teasers and specs from Motorola.
